There is a small man page; perl uses its POD (plain old documentation)
concept to inject docs inline within the code.  src/perl/PMDA/PMDA.pm
is the place to look to start adding in new text (not much there atm).

"man PCP::PMDA" should find something in section 3 for installed pcp.
