pcp-glider also contains gdb.exe so if you run:
gdb --args pmlogger -c ...
...

it should stop at the segv, then the "bt" command would be most
informative.
We've had some joy with pmlogger running on a Win2K3 box here,
using it to track our load testing runs ... so hopefully once
this issue's resolved you're on the home straight.
