There has been some initial success in getting a pmwebd-enabled Mac build going
as described here...

... its not yet at the point that the dmg files we provide have pmwebd enabled,
however.  You could try a local PCP build (and microhttpd build as mentioned in
the github issue) to generate pmwebd (or the full PCP dmg, via the PCP Makepkgs
script) yourself though.
