BTW, an interesting side note - test 994 passes when run on
a freshly installed package, but fails after a complete QA
run.  Pretty sure this is because somewhere along the line
(in the hundreds of preceding tests), the pmlogger control
file is being moved aside then put back, and permissions of
pcpqa:pcpqa end up stuck on it.  Ugh.
