So far opensuse is the only place I've seen this fail (more correctly
the this is the only QA machine I've seen so far with this bad sysstat
installed, it is not really an opensuse issue) ... so I'll hold off any
QA surgery unless I see it fail on more than one platform and I can
generalize the guard.
