In 759, those "Resource temporarily unavailable" errors suggest a fetch
is happening very quickly in/after ./Install before the PMDA is ready to
deal with them.  At least, thats how I've seen those happen in the past,
sometimes - not seeing it here for this test though.

I think 754 is a sort ordering issue, with getdents returning directory
entries (qa/unbound/*.00?) in different orders - will fix that shortly.
