    Workaround for init/rc script bug in Mandriva
    
    Symptom was
        Warning: netfs is needed by pcp in runlevel
    peppered throughout QA output ... google digging suggests this is
    a problem outside PCP in Mandriva and the Mandriva pixies scoffed at
    the idea of fixing it ... so workaround it in our QA.
