Both of these should be PCP 3.5 candidates.

pmcd - config parsing error handling cleanup

Buried in this commit is a fix for a real problem exposed by accident
during Mac OS X QA - some errors in the pmcd configuration file may
cause pmcd to dump core! A new QA 454 now checks for this scenario!!

At the same time, fixed up the syntax and reporting style for all
errors found during parsing of pmcd's configuration file.

Perl build for Mac OS X

Thanks to Max for root-cause analysis, and we now have a recipe
that is consistent and apparently robust for all the PCP Perl
    pieces.
