    More man page clean up
    
    The perl pmdas end up with "man" temporary files after a "make install".
    
    Moving *.[0-9].tmp from the root/.gitignore to man/.gitignore is the
    right thing for most of the man pages, but we need this also for all
    of the pmdas to pick up the perl ones.
