OK, we have a bit of a problem here in that the libvirt PMDA is merged
but this metric naming / compound instance problem needs to be resolved
It would be poor form to have to (attempt to) fix up users archives down
the track when we know about the problem now I guess.

Here's some possible options:

- delay 3.11.4 release till Marko is back (not clear when that will
  be from the above note though)
- someone else has a crack at tackling this issue in the meantime
  (I'm gonna run out of time this week for sure)
- disable the libvirt PMDA from the builds for this release, pick it up
  in 3.11.5
- mark it as "experimental" (somehow?) and release it anyway
- something else?

Any thoughts?  BTW, "QA week" for pcp-3.11.4 starts Monday of next week.
