Add changes to CPU and Loadavg views into the Overview view.
It'd be handy to have an "include <file>" syntax in the next
config file format bump... added to the list.

Update the README - 2.0 requirements and wishlist items.
These mention the pmgadgets/pmview code thats now available, and
minor wording updates here & there to reflect current thinking.
