Simplify importing pmie2col output into a spreadsheet.
Added a -d <delim> option, along the lines of pmdumptext.
Also added sed line buffered mode support for some non-Linux
platforms that can support it too, for interactive use.
Finally, add two more filters to cull extra output produced
by pmafm for situations where pmie is being used on a folio
of archives.
