    Further extensions to the PMDA install script/process:
    - Only prompt the user with valid choices for types of
      pmda installs (daemon/dso/perl).  This is actually a
      long-standing bug - we would prompt user for types of
      PMDA that didn't necessarily exist (dso/daemon) even
      before Perl PMDAs came along.
    - Only print the "Installing pmchart views" line if we are
      actually doing so.
    - Add kmchart config file support to Install/Remove as well.
