Address several issues which were preventing the Edit Chart window
from displaying the current plot metrics correctly. One unresolved
issue here is the handling of proxy host name (for live hosts) and
host name (for archive hosts), which was interacting badly with the
list generation code ... need further pondering for a good solution.
