Thread-topic: Maintainer role addition for PCP
Hi all,

As you may have noticed (mail below) Dave Brolley has
kindly offered to take on more code review, merge and
release responsibilities. Dave and I will be doing a
pcp-3.10.1 release together (scheduled for 1 Dec) and
thereafter we're planning to rotate.

Dave has a deep knowledge of PCP protocol low-levels,
having done all the IPv6 support, secure sockets, and
lots of other PCP work. He also has a great history
of writing tests, running tests, fixing tests and, of
late, even fixing other peoples tests. (Zen moment!)

He's done a fantastic job at working towards mutually
agreeable solutions whenever consensus is lacking. So
I hope others will enjoy working with him as much as I
have in getting changes into the tree.

I'm still working on Ken, trying to convince him to be
part of this rotation, but so far he's resisted all of
the requests and bribes I've offered! ;-)

Thanks Dave!

cheers.
