Update test 600 libc version filtering again
Test system here has glibs version "2.11.1-0ubuntu7", which
defeats the filtering by assigning version to $b of 11.1 ...
ultimately, spewing into the test output:

[: 1: Illegal number: 11.1
+ [ 11.1 -eq 2 ]
[: 1: Illegal number: 11.1
+ [ 11.1 -eq 3 ]
[: 1: Illegal number: 11.1
+ [ 11.1 -lt 8 ]
[: 1: Illegal number: 11.1
+ [ 11.1 -lt 10 ]
[: 1: Illegal number: 11.1
Need to cast aside the final component of the version number,
and all is well.
