I created a derived metric via the 'creative' environment variable way, works
great for pmdumptext etc.
Doesn't seem to work for pmlogsummary though ?

$ cat /tmp/foo
bytes_per_query = delta(aconex.controllers.db.in.bytes) /
delta(aconex.controllers.db.count)

$ export PCP_DERIVED_CONFIG=/tmp/foo
$ pmlogsummary -a 20110906 -S@08:00 -T@09:00 -I bytes_per_query[mel/total]

I get nothing. Works fine for pmdumptext though ?
