I'm seeing this
dh_install --sourcedir=debian/pcp
cp: cannot stat
'debian/pcp/usr/share/man/man3/pmdaEnterContainerNameSpaces.3.gz': No such
file or directory
dh_install: cp -a
debian/pcp/usr/share/man/man3/pmdaEnterContainerNameSpaces.3.gz
debian/libpcp-pmda3-dev//usr/share/man/man3/ returned exit code 1
Looks like a missing man page, as removing this line
usr/share/man/man3/pmdaEnterContainerNameSpaces.3.gz
from libpcp-pmda3-dev.install makes the problem change to
cp: cannot stat
'debian/pcp/usr/share/man/man3/pmdaEnterProcessNameSpaces.3.gz': No such
file or directory
smacking the .install file to remove the pmdaEnterProcessNameSpaces.3.gz
entry and the problem changes to
cp: cannot stat 'debian/pcp/usr/share/man/man3/pmdaLeaveNameSpaces.3.gz': No
such file or directory
smacking the .install file to remove the pmdaLeaveNameSpaces.3.gz entry and
the problem changes to
cp: cannot stat 'debian/pcp/usr/share/man/man3/pmdarootconnect.3.gz': No
such file or directory
smacking the .install file to remove the pmdarootconnect.3.gz entry and the
problem changes to
rmdir: failed to remove 'debian/pcp/usr/share/man/man3': Directory not empty
Added these entries to the .install file:
usr/share/man/man3/pmdaRootContainerCGroupName.3.gz
usr/share/man/man3/pmdaRootContainerProcessID.3.gz
usr/share/man/man3/pmdaRootContainerHostName.3.gz
and finally the problem goes away.
So I think there are 3 missing man page files causing these problems, plus a
bogus line in the control file (the second last one), plus missing lines
lines in the control file (last group).
