2.6.7 pagg patch available

I've made available a pagg patch for the 2.6.7 kernel.
It's named linux-2.6.7-pagg.patch

Click on the 'download' link on the left of the following web page:
oss.sgi.com/projects/pagg

Note: The job patch did not need to change for the new kernel however I
have copied the latest 2.6.6 job patch to linux-2.6.7-job.patch just to
avoid confusion.
