Hi everyone,

Second round for one of these patches, and first for the other. I
apparently made a few mistakes in the original patches. Many thanks to
Jamal for pointing them out, and for helping me out with the patches in
all aspects.

Patch 1.

The first patch for ip-sysctl.txt changes the description of the
tcp_syncookies ipsysctl. I originally based my own texts rather heavily on
these paragraphs, and got tons of response to that part from all over. I
don't want to start a flamewar over this, since I have seen the previous
threads on this topic:). If you want to drop the patch, do so, but please
tell me why in such case?

Michael Babcock originally pointed this problem out to me, and since then
it seems that Alan Cox and Jamal also thinks that the current text is bad.

Patch 2.

The second patch fixes the documentation for the
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/route/error_cost and error_burst in
linux/Documentation/filesystems/proc.txt. This is the second round for
this patch, a huge thanks to Jamal for pointing out what was originally
bad, and what should be fixed.

I can't see any problems in applying this patch.

Does anyone have any objections or problems with these patches? Please let
me know.

Oskar Andreasson
