Hello ,
I've a a Linux (2.2.13) router connected to 3 full-bgp peers. It has about
9 (of 16 now) 2Mbps connections (HDLC, running OSPF or BGP) and 100Mbps
full duplex eth (Multiple OSPF neighbor). Gated is 3.5.10 with ANK
patches. Router works quite fine, but sometimes happens this: Gated starts
to consume some CPU time and all interfaces (wan and eth) drops some
packets. (But nothing appears in /proc/net/dev)

CPU is probably fast enough, if I run some other processes, net works
fine.

Have somebody any idea? Shall I use plain gated (maybe is a netlink
related problem)?

HW: Pentium II - 233, Memory 128Mbps, 16Mb flash....
