netdevice ->tbusy and qdisc_wakeup function

Hi,

Sorry to mail to you uninitiated.

I note that in hte recent versions of linux  the net device no longer has
field tbusy.  and /net/pkt_sched no longer defines function qdisc_wakeup

We had written a driver (compiled on 2.2.14) that used both these
functions . Now we need to upgrade to linux 2.4.5 and hence our code does
not compile w/o warnings.
