Attached is the NAPI diff with all of the requested changes. I think I
have it ready for you t accept, let me know any questions/comments.
Also, I attempted to add Tx to NAPI, but the performance was severely
degraded. A simple ping flood avg rtt went from <0.5ms to >12ms. It is
probably poor implementation on my part. I will attempt to add that
functionality at a later date (if that's cool with you). There are a few
other things in this driver I would like to look into first.
