At present, you can use ip command in iproute2 package.
It is useful for viewing neighbor discovery entries.

USAGI Project begin to implement ndp command which is compatible
with KAME's. But currently it works with '-a' option.  We continue to
implement other options. You can find the command in our latest
snapshots.
