faulting in user pages for zero copy transmit

Hi,

I am looking at 2.4.19-ac4 source code and trying to understand the zero 
copy transmit. I have been trying to figure out how/where are the user 
pages, that might have been swapped out, brought into memory prior to DMA?

I would appreciate any help in figuring this one out.
