I strongly object. Strongly and strenuously. DaveM, please,
please, please, leave those golden lines alone. The original
from Alexey is a work of art, humor, character and intelligence.

Removing those lines would reduce Linux to tasteless,
bland potatohood that so characterizes every other operating
system out there (OK, with the possible exception of Dynix/ptx,
but it's dead, Jim).

Assimilate all the rest of the kernel into the grammatically
correct and humorless Borg, if you will, but please, please,
leave these lines alone...
