ethtool and pre4

pre4 is out, and a couple ethernet drivers have gained support for
ethtool.  In order to take advantage of the new support, you can
download ethtool 1.2 from

        http://sf.net/projects/gkernel/

or check it out of CVS (instruction at the above URL).
