If the name begins with a prefix followed by a space or hyphen, consider the prefix and the following word as a single unit. Arabic and Roman numbers are considered separate units. Ordinal numbers are treated is if they were written 2, 4, and 9. Units that contain Arabic or Roman numbers precede units expressed in words.
