Forwarding this from sombody who reported to me in private. The following
happened with the ping from Redhat (unknown version). It only happens
under rather extreme circumstance on a network simulator:
> 1458 packets transmitted, 1000 packets received, 31% packet loss
> round-trip min/avg/max/mdev = 4668.765/379.140/4683.875/4658.706 ms
^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^
Seems the computation is a bit on crack.
