Comment is: YES, alas. It is _big_ bug. We used to do some utter crap,
when receiving crap instead of TCP options. :-(

Just for information: do you know what OS do you talk to?
It does something truly wicked.

[ Dave, fix for 2.4 will be ready tomorrow. For 2.2... I will look,
  what is possible to make there after it will be ready for 2.4. ]
