Ignore this. This is an inavoidable by-product of window scaling.
Unfortunately this case cannot be distinguished of true window shrinking
reliably, so that the message is not filtered out. If it clogs your logs,
delete all it or, even better, add check sort of:
if (tp->snd_nxt-(tp->snd_una+tp->snd_wnd) >= (1<<tp->snd_wscale))
