Listening on Broadcast address

Hello!

My Linux box stopped listening to broadcast addresses.
It worked yesterday, but today it did not work.
Same program works fine on other machines.

It does send stuff on broadcast and if I do that, I can also
listening, but it does not receive anything from outside.

Is there any suggestion?
