ipv6 netfilter 0.3.0

Hi all.

        My port of netfilter to ipv6 has finally gotten another update. This 
one supports the netfilter get/setsockopt extentions and has a program to test 
them.  No useful modules have been ported to it but that's on my list of things 
to do in the future.

Highlights:
        added sockopt extentions
        ported to 2.3.39
