IPSEC is a set of open proposed standards, RFC2401, etc., so they
*should* all talk to each other, but YMMV until this stuff gets ironed
out. They are not simple protocols. I don't know the M$ offerings at
all. There is an interoperability workshop on as we speak in
California.
