Hi,
I am taking a course in Network Protocols at Harvard this
semester (http://lab.dce.harvard.edu/extension/cscie131b/),
and was thinking of writing about Netfilter for my term
project.
Since this is Harvard, and not MIT, the term project
cannot involve anything too technical, like coding. :)
Instead I need to write about a contemporary networking
topic, and I'm thinking netfilter is a good one.
I have a lot of experience in different areas of software
development, but I am a not as experienced in Unix systems
programming and I have no experience writing kernel level
Unix or Linux code.
Can someone give me some pointers as to what kinds of things
I should write about? After my course is over (in Jan.) I wouldn't
mind contributing anything I write to the netfilter project
as documentation.
Thanks.
