LM for ia64/2.5.x?

Hi

Anyone started playing with porting lockmeter to a recent ia64 kernel?
I get missing symbols for _raw_read_trylock and _raw_write_trylock when
linking.

I looked at hacking these functions myself, but it wasn't totally
obvious how to do this.
