lkcd and 2.2.14 kernel

I am starting the process of testing lkcd-1.0.3 against the new 2.2.14 kernel.
the first required patch, sgi+straw2.2.13.patch applied almost perfectly with
only one reject, which I fixed up manually after looking at the .rej by adding
"kiobuf_init();" at line 1277 of /usr/src/linux/init/main.c. The main lkcd
patch, lkcd2.2.13-1.0.3.patch, applied cleanly with no rejects. I am still
recompiling at the moment but I expect it to work as before.
