I need to know which patch you're using ... my guess is you're using the
patch where we mess with disabling the APIC if you aren't on CPU 0, which
isn't right.
I'm going to turn all that back to the way it was (yes, I realize some
dumps that use the default I/O path will have problems), but the next
fix with using a dump block device_operations functionality will be on
the horizon pretty soon now.
Anyway, let me know which patch you're using, so I can tell you what to
fix in the meantime.
