This is correct -- I put this in the latest test patch, and I'll
be including it into the next major release.  Thanks, Simon, I
apologize for not getting this in sooner.

Richard's concern is also correct.  We'll want to extend this
mechanism in the future so that DProbes, SysRQ, etc., all can
call into the dump mechanism to get either a full or partial
dump.  This is what the plan indicates.

Are there other developers out there wanting to chip in on the
development of some of this new stuff?  I haven't asked in a while,
so I figured I'd throw that comment out again.
