Hi, Felix:

yacc != bison (at least, on my system) ... I assume you aren't
using Berkeley's yacc?  You are correct -- bison fails, but
yacc doesn't.  If you need a quick fix, use Berkeley's yacc.
In the meantime, I'll take a look at how to fix this.

(I have RH on a build system, which has byacc-1.9-18)
