You can either grab off of the CVS repository:

        http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/lkcd

Or grab the latest patches (2.X) from:

        http://oss.sgi.com/projects/lkcd/

Just an FYI, I have to fix a couple of bugs still:

- Address dumping CPU -- stop interrupts and scheduling
- Look into eip/esp values, verify for correctness depending
  on interrupt/kernel stack state
