In reality, it is just Bob. All the others wrote wrappers around
the original stuff. Only Bob knew about the microLAN protocols.

What are the questions you have? I think the best way to deal
with this file is to somehow clear it for open sourcing, write
the required wrappers, and use it. Debugging/rewriting is not
recommended imho. 

You can also look at the PROM version in stand/arcs/lib/libsk/ml/nic.c

This may have better usage examples.
