As of today, the top of trunk code will let you compile a SMP kernel
that will try to activate all the cpus to do work. I have just tested
single user boot on a 2 cpu o200. Both cpus picks up tasks from the
runq and execute them (no, you still do not see 2 cpus reported from
/proc/cpuinfo, the /proc code needs to be developed).
A 32 cpu o2000 refuses to even boot single user. I will try to see
what's up with that, if I get some time while looking at multiuser
boot and seeing why the network has stopped working.
