penguin2 has a hub extender board in it, and has it's xtalk clocked
up so it could talk to an ibrick. Unfortunately the prom seems to
have gotten hosed at some point and it won't boot to the prom prompt.
Since we're not doing any o200/ibrick work anymore, anyone who has
the time and inclination is free to get the xtalk clocked back
down (ask Dean Olson in mft to do it), remove the hub extender board
and flash a good prom. Then it should be good to go again.
