sgi.bugs.linux-origin now exists (at least it does on fido.engr).
Please feel free to submit bugs, though (in my mind) the preferable way
to do this is to use bugworks, though posting to sgi.bugs.linux-origin
or sending email to that newsgroup will also work.  I'll do whatever
fixups to the bug reports that make sense in that case.
