My conclusion therefore is that offshoring, used appropriately, is

who probably see the advantage in working together but somehow never
quite get round to it. Countries such as France and the United States
have taken a more protectionist approach that Britain.
Both are necessary but whereas management is about coping with
complexity, leadership is about coping with change.
But a more directive style may be necessary at a time of crisis.
