Due to lack of resources, kdb for 2.2 kernels is not being worked on.
All of our efforts are on kernel 2.[34].  Unless you absolutely have to
work on 2.2 kernels, I suggest you test on a 2.[34] kernel.  If anybody
wants to back port the kdb v1.3 changes from kernel 2.[34] to 2.2, feel
free.
