Objectives : This Three-day programme is aimed at equipping the participating non-finance executives with the essentials of financial management through an understanding of the basic functions of finance, financial statements and their managerial implications, techniques for appraisal and financing of projects, and the financial decisions involved in day to day working of a firm.
