kdb on SMP Opteron

Hi Jack,

Your .config booted fine, UP.   Over the weekend I was able to add SMP and 
NUMA and keep it running, also I was able to winnow this down to half a dozen 
or so CONFIG options -- hopefully today I can narrow that down to one (if it 
is just one.  :-)  )
