This is great, thanks very much. I will tweak the pte code a bit more:
- make most of it generic with arch hooks for displaying additional
  info
- test and fix if needed (esp. display_pgmiddle()) on highmem (4GB/64GB
  kernels
and then send you an incremental diff.
